This is our 170gsm sublimation UV ink fabric backlit textile roll, widely used in LED light box, frame system, POP-up, tents etc. There are rough textile and fine textile for choice.
Coarse-grained light box cloth is a kind of inkjet material commonly used in outdoor advertising.
Printing method
1. Transfer ink (thermal transfer)
Indirect printing: The ink is first printed on a special transfer paper.
Heat transfer: The pattern on the transfer paper is transferred to the light box cloth through high temperature heat pressing (thermal transfer machine or heat press machine).
The ink penetrates and combines with the cloth fiber under high temperature and high pressure.
2. UV ink
Direct printing: Use a UV flatbed printer or a roll-to-roll UV printer to print directly on the surface of the light box cloth.
Instant curing: During the printing process, the ultraviolet rays emitted by the UV lamp instantly cure the ink to form a hard film.

Features:
Transfer ink (thermal transfer)--Features on coarse cloth:
*Color vividness and saturation: Usually it can present very bright and highly saturated color effects. The ink performs well on the transfer paper,
and the color loss is relatively small after being transferred to the cloth, which is especially suitable for pictures that require high visual impact.
*Detail performance: The detail performance of highlights and light areas is usually better than UV direct printing, and the gradient transition is smoother and more natural.
*Fabric feel: After transfer, the ink penetrates into the fibers of the fabric, and the fabric maintains its original softness and texture. The ink layer is not obvious when touched. The rough texture is still clear.
*Light uniformity: Because the ink penetrates into the fiber, the light is scattered relatively evenly when passing through, the halo effect is better, and the picture is softer and more natural under lighting.
*Weather resistance: Usually has excellent weather resistance (anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging), especially some special high weather resistance transfer inks, which are very suitable for light boxes used outdoors for a long time.
*Adhesion: Through hot melt penetration bonding, the adhesion is very strong and long-lasting, and it is not easy to peel off or crack due to fabric expansion or environmental changes.
It is especially suitable for outdoor light boxes that need to withstand wind and rain.
*Ink layer thickness: The ink layer is relatively thin, and it is not easy to affect the light transmittance or produce a noticeable ink layer feeling due to ink accumulation.
